theres a bunch of ways
first go and soak in the bath
use soap
or shower w/ soap and cooler water
theres a bunch of oils and washes to use too
but since fleas rly dont like water the first two are your safest and quickest bet rn

when you get a chance its best to take everything you came into contact with
like clothes and bedding and rugs
and soak those too
petstores and the like usually sell special rinses and things
a person w/ fleas will want to look at flea dips and anything with these in it:
tea tree oil
rosemary oil
cedar oil
eucalyptus oil
u can make ur own little wash 2
just mix up maybe a tablespoon or more of vinegar with a small bottle of shampoo
u'd have 2 lather a while
